    We are senior citizens who contracted with *** ****, All American Builders, to build our cus*** home. The build started in February 2024 and is still not finished. By the terms of the contract, it should have been finished in March 2025. We paid for nearly 90 percent of the build, yet we barely have 50 percent of a house built. With draws, allowances and our deposit, we paid around $250,000 for labor and/or material that we never received. There are many items that are half finished. Each week we are finding new items that weren’t built or installed properly. And there is a long list of shoddy work. *** **** used our money for other clients’ builds. *** **** finished their builds with our money. We are left with a half-finished, sub-par house. Additionally, *** hasn’t paid his subcontractors. We have the drywall subcontractor coming to our house and calling us demanding money. We paid for the HVAC in June 2024, but *** never paid the HVAC subcontractor one cent and we have a lien on our house for $39,000. We fired *** in May 2025 and now have to pay for major components to finish our house twice - as *** **** was paid to do this work. This includes decks, garage doors and concrete. *** **** makes many promises that he doesn't keep. He says he wants to make us whole. We asked for our money on a number of occasions, but he doesn’t repay us any the money he stole from us. We have so many supporting documents and there are so many details, the online complaint form won't accommodate them all. Let us know the supporting documents you need.
