            On December 17, 2023 I placed an online order for a super heavyweight full zip hooded sweatshirt size XL with a USPS embroidery. Order number is *****. The email I received stated that the product will ship in 2-4 weeks. My credit card was charged on December 27, 2023. It has been more than 3 months and I still haven't received the product I ordered. The last time I was able to contact the company was February 15, 2023 a gentlemen answered and stated that they were out of the product I ordered but they had more coming that weekend and after the embroidery was done they would ship it out by the following Tuesday February 20, 2024. It has been more than a month and they still haven't shipped my order. I have made several attempts to contact the company by phone and email and they have not answered the phone or responded to my emails.

            Ordered 2 items for $108.40 on October 1, 2023. Made follow up many times thru email, text and phone calls and PostalStuff never answer or responded. It is now February 2, 2024 and never receive my orders. My credit card was charged $108.40 under ** ********** ********* . I don’t know why PostalStuff is doing this kind of business - mistreating innocent US Postal Employees. This is not America that I know. Please help us. We paid for the item & we deserve to get what we ordered.
