            Since we started working with CCR to help manage our property in Lima Ohio has been a complete nightmare since day one. They change information on documents without permission, they do not do proper walk thoughts of the house( knowing we our out of state and can not view them ourselves) The company will not give us our renters information to us so we can contact them after we stopped doing business with CCR per ***** ******** suggestion to discontinue after she did not want to handle our property. CCR will not return calls about giving us our renters information. They are dishonest about repairs, walk throughs and advertising the property on Facebook marketplace. They are just there to collect the money they make off the property and the landlord still has to do all of the work. They have canceled maintenance without permission, they took it upon themselves to pick what does or does not look good in my house without speaking to us. The list goes on and on. They lie constantly and I will not be surprised if they lied to the BBB.
