    Was showing pictures of door damage to *** from closer being pulled from door She wanted to argue was not a new door this trailer is a 3/22 modle just moved into Called me a liar In essence wouldn't listen I became adjiated and yes called her a b she threw me out no attempt to resolve damage by them yet 10/26/22 I was Happy going in and said both boys did great job too ( I saved pics of damage too)

    I am responding for customer complaint #********

     

    Before the workers left the residence, they emailed me pictures (see attached) of the door and closer. The workers said our customer wanted the door replaced because it was a brand-new door. I looked at the pictures and there was rust on the closer as well as the door itself, plus the door looked as though the closer had been reattached at some point. With looking at the pictures I did not feel it was a brand-new door.

     

    The customer came in shortly after the move was done and wanted to show me pictures. I told him that I already had seen them, and it did not appear to me that it was a new door. I did not call him a liar. We disagreed at that moment at which time he called me a bitch, so I told him to leave. I did not reach out to the customer due to the fact he was given a verbal quote of $400.00 for the job but was only charged $265.00. Which is $135.00 less than our $400.00 minimum.
