    Sept. 19, 2025 $50.00 deposit via Venmo Detail of inside of 2004 ***** Tracker Owner said he wouldn't do detailing and now refuses to refund deposit.***** ********* said money would be back on credit card on Saturday, Sept. 27th. At 5pmish I requested the money from him via venmo and got No response. I sent him 2 private messages regarding the matter with no response.I have screenshots of conversation and a receipt for my 50.0p deposit of Detailing. He did state on his review that I posted that the deposit was to hold a spot. That was never disclosed.Also has advertisement on his business page that says to sign up with email and get 5.00 off. Apparently that is a lie also. Had another detail place do it and they did it in 6 hours with no problems. We bought a work car from boyfriend. All we seen was dog hair.

    FAILURE TO DISCLOSE. 1. Deposit is to get a spot on calender not for detailing the car. 2 I was going to give a deposit back even tho it's not required until she started bashing me and she couldn't wait on my accountant to process it. 3. the info supplied to me was incorrect and missing valuable parts. The condition of the car was not disclosed it had dog f**** and urine puddling on carpets that was not disclosed or the price would have been much higher. I wasnt about to detail it without the proper chemicals which I would have had if I was told the whole story. that needed dog bio ingredients.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    I paid a $50 deposit for a full detail, and the receipt clearly states full detail deposit, not a deposit to hold a spot. You told me on Wednesday that the money would be returned to my card by Saturday, yet I never received it and got no response to my message that day.

     

    For clarification, a deposit is a partial payment made in advance as a guarantee that a service will be completed. It shows good faith from the customer and a commitment from the service provider to perform the agreed-upon work. If the service is not rendered, that deposit should be refunded unless otherwise stated in writing as non-refundable.

     

    At that point on Monday, I felt it was fair to post an honest review of my experience with you and your company that the deposit was paid, the job was not completed, and I had not gotten a refund when you stated on Wednesday, that the refund would be back on my card Saturday. 

    We bought the car for a work car. I told you that there was no smoking, but dog hair. We could only see what was in our view which was dog hair. We couldn't see what was under the seats. We dropped off Monday, but still it took you 2 days to tell me you were not going to complete the job.

    I tried to use Christmas gift certificate to get my vehicle detailed and no response to my calls or texts. Then he responded and said he opened back up in march. Also, said he would honor gift certificate throughout 2024. (Has since deleted that post) Informed him numerous times I could drop vehicle off to him. Or I would like a refund but would rather have vehicle detailed. He said he would pay some back then the rest owed. Then blocked me and quit responding.
