    On Monday, July 14, I went to pick up dinner for the family from Jersey Mikes. We tend to go there for the fact that store has always accommodated us for our dietary needs. (We do not eat dairy) They have allowed us to get giant subs with just lettuce and tomato for two dollars. I remind you no cheese and no meat; just lettuce and tomato on bread. We have been doing this for over two years. I guess the owner did not like this policy as she felt she was losing money. So we have experienced multiple price changes. Last month they charged us for giant subs with cheese even though it was just lettuce and tomato. The price went from $2 to $6 dollars. I wasnt made for that hat was still reasonable. However this Monday our sandwiches cost $16 for just a sub with lettuce and tomato. The inconsistent prices and multiple price change over the two months are suspicious and create great concern. This is definitely over charging at its finest.

    Hello,

    First of all, the owner, myself, was not made aware this customer were getting a discount in the first place until the reviews were made on ****** and to the BBB. Second of all, they were giving him a discount to be nice, but not all of the employees knew him and knew that he was receiving a discount. He could have left the subs when he heard the total; instead, he yelled at my employees, paid for the food, and then left. The biggest thing is we have a menu with prices on it for a reason. If you order food you should expect to pay that price and if the restaurant gives you a discount great but if they do not you should expect to pay the price posted on the menu board in the store. I do not understand how you can be mad about having to pay the price posted. I understand this location needs to all be on the same page about discounts and that is our fault but you can not be upset when we charge full price and it is clearly posted.

    I see the price board for your loaded sandwiches, this is a sub with lettuce and tomato. That is not priced on your menu. $16 is pretty outrageous for bread,lettuce, tomato.  Would you not agree? We dont have to get into some employee demeanor or attitude on here; for they were following your instructions. I guess if that was a friendly discount thank you. Its ashame this was handled so poorly.
