The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On Sept. 22, 2016, the Ohio Attorney General’s Office filed a civil lawsuit in Franklin County Common Please Court against defendants Ronald J. Reese individually and doing business as All City Roofing and Construction, LLC. According to the lawsuit, the defendant has also registered or done business under the name All City Roofing and Siding, LLC, and the name All City Construction.
The lawsuit alleges the defendants accepted deposits for home improvements such as roof and patio work and then failed to deliver some of the goods and services, and in other cases provided shoddy and substandard services and failed to make corrections. The state is seeking damages to reimburse consumers and civil penalties.
The matter is pending.
