    Single woman taken advantage of. April 2024. ****** sold me exactly what I needed. I needed my patio leveled and sealed to stop the constant algae growth. After a month the algae was back and water was still standing in spots. He also said that foam they inject would fill up the entire underneath. NOPE it wasn't. They returned to try and inject more into holes but basically only left a terrible eye sore with the foam expanding out and leaving it. Power Washing and sealing was done again. Algae is still terrible. ******, salesman, came out and told me that th algae would always be an issues due to so much shade. NOPE I have direct sun. Then my walkway was to be leveled as well, so water didn't gather and run across the concrete and create a muddy mess. They did this and a month later the water was creating a mess again. Mikey the guy who did the work came out and said he couldn't believe how it was no longer level. He couldn't understand why because the steps were still level. Then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do because if they raised it again it would cause problem with my driveway, WHAT?? I pay $6000+ to be told what I purchased couldn't be done after all? So patio was not level with constant algae and my walkway couldn't be leveled after all. So I paid all this money for nothing? The driveway and sidewalk are the only jobs that could have been done and they were. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. SALESMEN ARE SIMPLY THAT. I never heard anything from them about compensation for what they promised and didn't deliver. After a year of constant disappointment I simply had to send a review to mentally move on.

    Highly would recommend Smart Level for any of your concrete needs. ******* came and was sincere with addressing all the issues I had. The quote he gave me beat 2 other quotes I had gotten! A+ Job for an A+ company

    Do not recommend smart level had them come out and level my patio to get the water away from my house after they did I had a puddle of water in front of my steps nice place for water in the winter so they sent another guy out to fix the problem and he said he cant fix it all he could do is drill 5/8 holes in my concrete so the water can drain kinda defeats the purpose of have my concrete leveled and getting rain water away from my house so looks like I wasted ******* now I have to have someone come in tear out my concrete and the foam stuff the put under in and redo my patio using smart level concrete was a total wast of time and money I do not recommend using them

    We had a great experience with SmartLevel Concrete! We really appreciated how Derrick answered all our questions in our in-home estimate and left us feeling very good about our purchase. Thank you to Nancy, who informed us of any scheduling issues so we always knew what to expect. Installers Chris and Gavin were fantastic! They tackled our small job in a timely manner, and our sidewalk and front stairs were safe once again. We will definitely call SmartLevel Concrete in the future for our driveway & sidewalk needs.
