- Refund and Exchange Policy
- All refunds must be requested within 7 days of the payment date. All deliveries must be removed and deleted and no longer available from the customer. IE. a website design, the entirety of the website design must be removed, including all copy-writing, images, and all other deliverables provided by J&A Digital Solutions LLC.
After receiving your request and inspecting that the product has been fully removed, we will begin to process your refund. Please allow at least (14) days from the inspection of the removed material to process the refund. Refunds may take 1 - 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit statement, depending on your credit card company.
Exceptions:
For material that can be delivered and downloaded by the end-user, you must contact us to determine if a refund is eligible.
