"Had them come to my daughters home to look at furnace was there for approximately 30 mins said furnace needed a new 500$ motor and said that possibly other things could go wrong being furnace wan9 years old I talked to a woman to verify what I was told and she tried to sell me a new furnace suspicious of this after paying a 95$ service call I telephoned REMOVED local company they said the furnace was in excellent condition as was the motor they ordered the right part and fixed it for 400$ it has been working fine ever since I tried to get a refund for the misdiagnosed service call since I almost spent 500$ for something that wasn’t broken and then probably nickel and time to make more $ I was promised a refund since December 2022 still haven’t received it finally gave after talking to a very rude woman that works there beware of this company !" ...
