On December 13th 2023 my 2018 kia sorento I had purchased from here broke down on 33 on my way to work early in the morning. I paid outright for the tow and had it taken back to the dealership because we had bought the extended warranty on it and figured it must go back to that dealership. I call in on December 13th let them know my car was there and the issues going on they told me they would have someone check it out and get back with me. I inquired about a rental car. They informed me they were no rental cars I would need to uber to work or get my own rental out of my own pocket. They did an oil change on the car without my permission (not that i minded) never checking as to why the check engine light came on and to why the vehicle was hard to shift. I call in again supposedly he had done a warranty claim on the vehicle even though i called the warranty place and they verified no claim was done. I call hugh white no answer. I leave voicemails no answer. I finally at around 5:45 pm get someone to answer after calling all day all to be told im not owed a rental car and the warranty claim was filed that was that. A week later after them having my car they tell me i need to just take it to kia and get it serviced. A week! A week of missing pay from my job right before the holidays a wasted $180 tow. They did not even touch my vehicle after the oil change then had the nerve to tell my husband when he went in to get the keys that we owed them for the oil change that was supposed to be free!! It was a courtesy oil change for buying the vehicle from there that was never used and we had got a phone call the same day telling us we still had the free oil change! The mechanic also told my husband the issue had nothing to do with the recall but I am happy to report after being at kia for less than 24 hours they did confirm its because of the recall and my motor is getting repaired FREE of charge due to recall! Watch your back I wouldn't trust a vehicle to be serviced here.
