    You contacted us more than a week after arrival and stated you never received your order. However, the carrier confirms this order was picked up on 8/7 by you. We did not hear from you until more than a week later. Because live animals are time-sensitive, our policy (agreed to at purchase) requires immediate notice of any delivery concern so we can intervene with the carrier. We cannot refund orders when the carrier confirms pickup and the issue is not reported until long after delivery.

    Easter Egger chicks sent on a Wednesday reached Roseburg, OR post office on a Friday morning. Beautiful birds arrived in great shape and are all thriving at one week old.

    I ordered 6 little black laced gold Wyandotte chicks, and I got them today in perfect conditions, they look healthy and everything went in the way that I was expecting from professionals.     I ordered 15 brown egg layer chicks April 1 to come August 11. I guess that was hatch day. So when they didn't arrive the 11th I was getting nervous because our little PO in our little town is only open for 2 hours. I emailed Valley Hatchery and got a reply quickly assuring me all was well, that the chicks are packaged to withstand 3 days of transport. And it was. I received 17 chicks, all alive and well and my granddaughter is loving them all. I am satisfied with my dealing with this company. I only wish they could have given me a list of the brown egg layers so we would have a better idea of what kind of hens we might be growing, but it's all good. Thank you!
