  Do not use this company, they only care about profit, the ROI is not there at all. Once you sign on you are bound to a loan and yearly maintenance fees even if you never use any of their services. I got the run around on a free 3-night stay coupon I received at signup until it expired. It wasn't made clear that at my level of membership I could only make reservations up to 30 days out, higher level members could make reservations 90 days out, so nothing was available for me to reserve. It was a useless level of membership. They mislead me on the cabin pricing as well; it was not "so much cheaper" than what I usually rent. It was actually higher with less amenities. Also, the additional features they offer for discount admission tickets, vacation rentals, etc., were overstated. I tried using them when I vacationed in Florida and went to Universal Studios but what I found outside of those benefits was a better deal. Also, I was called to upgrade my membership before I had even used it, I did not fall for that.
  I do take some responsibility for signing on, red flags were going off in my head, but me and my wife visited on our anniversary, she is too trusting, and I was too accommodating, trying to make sure we had a good day.
  I do think it really says something about a company that can take $10K to $20K from families while providing nothing, knowing that they are stealing vacations from families. It's bad enough that you are bound to a loan, but they still require to pay maintenance fees even if you aren't using any of their services.
  Right now, I am still paying but I may choose to stop payments, let it go to collections and negotiate the cost down as much as I can. Credit will go to **** but at least I try to push back against their practices.

  SCAM SCAM SCAM - Predators taking advantage of elderly people.
  Quick talked my father into a package. NEVER used it and they collect yearly fee's for one horrible location, just take a tour. The place was built long ago and isn't maintained properly.
  They will NOT cancel your package stating they need to re-sell it for a few thousand dollars ($5000+). They will NOT listen to reason. They will LIE to you over the phone to get you to hang up IF you can get someone to answer the phone (Called over 15 times before someone would answer or call back).
  Total PONSY SCHEME!
  Now since they lied and told us they would cancel they reported to collections for failure to pay. Only option now is legal action against these crooks which will cost probably just as much for these crooks to "re-sell" but it'll be worth it so they don't get anymore money.
  If you check this out please do NOT do business with these crooks. One million times greasier than a 1990's used car salesman.

  The campground is not kept up. Ie. Mowing, leaking water. Sources. Also, very upset that we can't bring in our own firewood. Also, heard that friends of the management had a criminal record. He was not subjected to a background check. Also, his girlfriend is over the riding stables that have no expense limit. The bathrooms have no gfi. which is illegal and could result in electrocution. Also, information about several electric issues that are not legal.
  Furthermore, I was told that since I booked more than 3 days, I can't book for 2 more weeks. seriously, I've camped there several times and there are always open campsites. We pay over 1500. A yr to be told all of these new regulations? It's absolutely bs
