            On Sunday March 2nd I ordered pizzas online for pickup from the location at **** * **** in Dayton. I had a coupon for $5 off two large pizzas that I wanted to use. There was no virtual coupon to match this on the website and at the time I wasn't even aware there was a cassanos app as I do not order from them frequently. Since the coupon I had came on a mailer in my mailbox I assumed I could just walk in with the coupon. When I got there to pick up the order the guy said I don't have a way to use this here it has to be done in the app. I explained to him that I didn't know there was an app and that there was no coupon on the website to match this, but he just kept saying sorry there's nothing I can do. I did leave a review where someone from Cassanos presumably asked me to message them with details, however that was over a week ago and I have heard nothing back

            Xenia Cassano’s. Management needs better training. Food was cold. When I told the manager it was a deer in headlights. No clue what to do. I said just warm it or something. He grabbed it and walked away I said just give me a refund. He had no clue how to do that. He called someone they told him to call the call center for my refund. I finally had to ask again about my refund. He said I would get it in 5-7 days. I asked for something that shows a refund. He told me I need to call the call center for that. So I am assuming I won’t get my money back just because this “manager” had no clue how to handle the situation. This is ridiculous and sad.
