    On February 14, 2022 I contracted with A3L to build a fence on both front sides of the house. The driveway side was to have a 60 inch double gate. Work began on 2/25/22 and was completed on 3/2/22. Payment of $1200.00 was made on 2/23/22 final payment of $1050.00 was made on 3/2/22, making it paid in full. Initially, everything was fine with the finished product other than I felt the latch was not working properly. I contacted *** on 3/3/22 about the latch, I still felt that it was not right and had someone look at it the night before and they felt it was not correct. ****s response was it needed to get broke in. On 5/3/22 I contacted *** about the gate & the wood which appeared to be twisting. The gate was getting hard to open and where the two gates met was sticking. It also took both hands to latch open. Several text messages back & forth he stated he was busy with his girls and was out of town. He came by on 5/25 to look at it, he said it needed a new post. His nephew put in new post on 5/31, gate would only open about 2 feet. I texted *** to let know he said it was fine. He said they would rebuild gate which he has not done to this date, but what he did do was take a hammer to the hinges and tried to fix that way. Many excuses as to why he could not get to it. There continues to be a problem with the gate. I have made contact with *** ******** numerous times over the last several months. It usually takes several attempts days apart before I will receive a reply if I receive one at all. One response I did get was "it's to hot" I have several texts to him asking to make it right, he does not respond. I have sent numerous messages since the middle of June with no reply's. I have pictures of all the work. I have gotten a couple estimates to fix gate and some of the posts. I am looking at $500-600. I don't feel like I should have to put out that kind of money to correct work that has a warranty.

    We contracted with A3L Landscaping for a Pet turf area for our 7 month old golden doodle Jon was very friendly and knowledgeable about this project and gave us a fair price. He used great products and was the best Especially liked the way he stayed in touch with us letting us know status of delivery of products. He showed up when he said he would and worked very hard. Very good experience and would use him again.
