    GROSS OVERPRICE -owner charged me MORE THEN DEALER and work they charged was NOT done. On 5/3/2024 picked up my Harley bike. A week prior got a verbal quote for engine oil change and rear brake pad install from owner for up to 300. They gave me an invoice for 677…big surprise! I provided owner a copy of dealer estimate for same service at cost of 400. I attempted to resolve and I told him I would pay dealer cost and he tossed dealer estimate back at me. He said he would only reduce to 600. He stated he don’t care other people prices. I had no choice and gave him credit card. He then handed me the receipt to sign and amount he charged was 618. I specially ask if he checked my tires. He answered yes. I checked tire pressure and was 14 and 22 psi. Besides visibly seeing rear brake pads were put on I don’t believe they did the service they claim. When I tried to question his invoice and work he seemed agitated and told me to take bike somewhere else. Customer service had totally left the building. I now must spend more money to have bike checked out.

    I took my motorcycle to this shop for a new front tire. When I got back home I noticed my custom valve cap missing, when I confronted the owner he acted as if I was the one in the wrong then pulled out a pile of valve stem covers for me to sift through. Upon further inspection when I got home I noticed an 11 inch scratch on my saddlebag. I confronted the owner again and he told me prove it and then told me I'm not allowed at his shop anymore. After placing a Google review on the business his online response was to say I have mental problems. All I want is the damage fixed professionally and an apology for insulting my mental health in a public forum
