    Had HVAC unit installed and job was incomplete. There was some sealant/caulk around the connection to the house that was knocked loose that should have been replaced and was not. **** *. claimed this didn't happen, but he was not there.

    Claims that it was too cold to calibrate the unit so I cannot use it until calbrated??? Heat and air???

    I asked for demonstration on how the system worked and I got "there's a manual on your counter."

    Warranty? Is that in the manual?

    It is pretty simple that I want a system that works with customer service that is respectful. **** * is not respectful and is condescending.

    On May 19th our service manager ***** * and service technician ***** * went to ****'s home. We did the air conditioning system final start up and resolved all the other items listed in the complaint. We needed the outdoor temperature to be warm enough to properly set the charge on the AC system. We resealed around the area the caulk had come loose, We fine tuned the charge on the air conditioning system, tested the auxiliary heater, We went over the operation of the system with ****, and gave copies of the warranty to ****. We registered the Lennox system for the 3 year labor and 10 year parts warranty. We will receive a copy of the warranty from Lennox. When we receive the warranty certificate we will send a copy to ****. We also returned on May 23rd to replace a defective condensate auxiliary safety switch. To my knowledge we have resolved ****'s concerns. I'm sorry for the poor communication you received. I have discussed this complaint with **** * and our installers so this doesn't happen again. I always want our customers to have a good experience from start to finish. If there are any other issues please contact me.
