I had contracted Davey for some work with review of cosmetic pruning and unhealthy trees. The work order changed as I had another service do some of the original estimate and neighbor objected to tree that is on property line. We finally came up with new plan and a week before work was to done, a storm hit. This changed the work order based upon storm damage and contracted damages. The original plan had trees checked by Davey and made plan what to remove. Trees Davey said were healthy were not. They fell on my house and car. I then needed to change my clean up plan and what was damaged by the storm. What a debacle. The estimates and invoices included work not down and the total bill remained the same without some work being complete. The work that was not done, need to be billed later. Despite the estimates including all work required and requested. Trees were never cut as close to ground as possible. Stumps needed grinding. Service was promised but never completed. The crew was very professional but getting accurate and concise bills were real opportunity. As the storm damage was covered by insurance, I needed accurate invoices. What a headache to to make this happen. I spent around $10K. The value for what was paid is questionable as work promised was never completed.

5 starsThey guys sent to my house, ***** ***** , they were courteous, very accommodating, and fast. They blocked my driveway, I was super angry instantly of course, the men there were nothing but helpful and apologetic, at this point, so was I! Just thanks to the men sent to me. 1 starDavey Tree Expert in Houston contracts with Centerpoint. Davey recently came to my development and butchered trees. They were supposed to do trees by power lines, they cut whatever tree they saw, even when they were in a person's yard. Left the debris and devastation and have no regard or regret for the poor, unprofessional job they did. Do not hire these butchers, they are not arborists and do not care about trees. 1 starThe guys cutting our trees in Morocco indiana s***. They cut the c*** out of our trees and made them look terrible. They could have at least made them look better. And they could have cleaned up our yard better!!Review fromMichele H

5 starsTo *****, Rochester, MN office: ******* and **** *. Arrived at my home today, and did tree trimming and tree removal. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality work they did, and the terrific clean up job! 5 starsDavey Tree Experts on ******************************************************************** Were Great. ***** was quick to come to my home. He was Very Nice, Yet Very Professional. He checked out the situation and was quick to take care of the branches on my roof. He took pictures on his phone of the damage to my roof to show me and the cost was Very economical. 1 starZero stars. Theyve been here three times this year all for different work on the same power line/telephone line. The last time they destroyed the ditch carrying water away from house and as a consequence, I had water running down my driveway. Its a mess! 4 starsI hired them 2 times in 6 years. I was called in advance of the visit. ****** and ******* were knowledgeable and professional. They worked safe and cleaned up prior to leaving. They did a great job.
