    Thieves! I tried to cancel my membership at the end of March over the phone they told me I had to do it in person. I went in on April 3 and canceled my membership especially after they raised the annual maintenance charge without warning. I dont what theyre using that money for its definitely not maintenance. I thought I was good to go I then was charged for another month. They told me that it was in my contract that they could. I havent been to that gym in at least 6 months hence why I canceled. You would think they would treat a long time customer better. So they charged me for two months that I didnt even step a foot in the gym except to cancel my membership. The worst part is the customer service the woman who works the front desk is rude and combative!

    After reviewing the camera footage from the day you came in, front desk staff did make you aware of what you signed and agreed to when you first initially joined, the maintenance fee that all members receive does go towards maintaining the gym, as well as new equipment. As you stated you have not been in for a few months, during this time we did purchase new equipment to ensure all members can get a good workout in. With a month to month membership, if it is not cancelled out you would still be responsible for dues until the cancellation period has been met or paid for. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and appreciate your feedback!

    If you feel this is an appropriate response. If you do not, I would seek a different response from ******* or ****** but its the best I can do.

    DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO! I've been charged past my membership and had to involve law enforcement. I've heard this from other members that took a loss for time they couldn't use in the gym. Get everything in writing and prepare to get *****ed over when you sign up
