            I purchased an upgraded alternator from custom electric service and received no info of warranty or anything but a receipt with date that I have but not at the moment. Alternator started smoking after a pump went bad in my car. Fixed pump and alternator was still smoking. Worked properly even thow it smoked I took it back and told them what happened and asked them to see what was wrong with it. They called after a month and said it was fixed and I owed almost 200 dollars for it. I was never notified of anything till after they did what they did. I only had it for about 7 months before this all happened

            This company has absolutely no customer service and the dual alternator bracket I ordered for my cadillac Escalade is terrible quality. It will do its job but it is ugly and they do not care about how it looks. There were holes in the welds that they sanded down and did not care to fill the weld back and make flush again... Now onto the shipping... I ordered my bracket and 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I sent an email to ask about shipping and received no response... I then called the company a few days later on a Monday. The gentleman Brandon that is in charge of the department my part was made in assured me it was going to be mailed out later that day or the next day. I got a shipping notification on Thursday stating that my item shipped. Finally some progress.. I waited and checked my email daily for the next week and all the shipping info said was "label created"... So on the following Friday I called again and once again got directed to Brandon.. He got snippy with me after I told him about the shipping information and just stated that "we're getting them out as soon as we can".. I understand every company is going through some setbacks right now, but I do not understand how it was supposed to be shipped out one day and then 2 weeks and another phone call made its at my door the next day.. It's sad because they're only 1.5 hours away from me...
