              CertaPro Painters of Akron came to my home to paint and do some wallpaper removal/installation end of February or beginning of April. The painting was fine but the wallpaper had a gouge in it by the shower rod and was not properly lined up at the seams in several places. After reaching out to the owner, **** Bowser, I was assured that someone would come to fix it. Someone came to look but, nothing was ever fixed. ****, now, will not answer my phone calls or return my messages. The total for the services was $1130.17. I paid with check number 8242 on 4/14/2021. I am 84 years old and I feel like I am being taken advantage of. He tells me that he is going to rectify the issue but puts new work ahead of fixing a job that is already paid for. I would like a refund for the wallpaper portion of the job.
