      I was getting ready to get my pump supplies. I called them 4 and was told I had a zero payment with my insurance. I called a gain and got told the saw where it said 100% covered by insurance. Then they said 90%. I called back and got a supervisor and they apologize for their mistakes.

      Since this is a public space, **** cannot really address the issue since that would be a HIPAA violation. I apologize for the miscommunication that occurred; it does appear that the issue has been addressed.

      When I first called Edwards Healthcare and spoke to a *** about Humana advantage Healthcare where they have refused to pay for my Diabetes supplies ever and I wanted to get a CGM but they kept telling me a higher deductible than the contracted rate, she called for me and after a few more calls from her, she got them to pay the correct amount, Humana tells patients the will only pay 70% which is 23% less than the contracted amount, she is my Hero. Humana refuses to pay for any Diabetes testing supplies unless you keep pointing out they are ************************************* laws for 2 years. So where I'm at today is a woman named *** has refused to help upgrade my prescription for the Dexcom 7 unit, it took 3 months to get her to process my paperwork for a Dexcom 7 sensors from my doctor, made everything work much slower than necessary and now she has my order shipped by the slowest method possible ******* I had to call my doctor office and ask for some spare sensors because my order is still at the warehouse after 3 weeks of waiting and they told me its another 7 to 10 days shipping with **** when it ships. My Endocrinologist is 1 hour away so it's a 2 hour trip to get sensors that took 3 months to process, I have been taking a lower dose of insulin because I don't want a Hypo Event, which is very bad for my health. If *** answers the phone hang up and get someone else.

      Last Friday after waiting for a long time for my shipment to be delivered by ****, my Diabetic supply was still stuck in the warehouse, they told me my order was changed to be shipped by ***************, I received the package the next day Saturday morning on 02/22/2025. Thank you for the shipment that was expedited, ***** really is appreciated by me and ******** Healthcare. My health has deteriorated the last 9 years and hopefully I will keep hanging on for a while longer.

      **************, this company is bad news ,they shipped me supplies without telling me theres a 20 %co-pay that started in January of 24 i found this out in June after spending hours on the phone, talking to many people I cancel my order with them and closed my account. I wanted a refund on the charges I put on my credit card. After not getting any response on giving me credit on my card, I called my credit card company up and put a block on any more charges and a dispute on charges that went through.today they called me back and was sorry that they made a mistake and would give me a refund.then I told them i already started a dispute on the charges .***** said since i did that she wouldnt give a refund. She tells me that *** got supplies already shipped and even after the dispute i still owe ***** dollars even after i would send the sensors back because I dont need them,I got a new prescription sent to ******* and my co-pay went from $111.00 to $80.00 for a 3 month period.at this point Im still waiting for a call back from a manager

      My insurance company uses Edwards and ***. After reviews for both, I decided to go with Edwards. (neither of these 2 companies had great reviews). Everything was okay until December 2023. I had given permission after my 2nd order to automatically charge my card without them having to call me. On November 30, 2023, I received and returned the refill form (I have to complete this form every month). My credit card was charged, but after about 8 days I e-mailed because I had not received a tracking number. I was told that my order was canceled due to a computer glitch and the supplies would be mailed. December 29th, 2023, I completed the refill form for my January order. January 5th, 2024, I e-mailed EHCS that my next shipment was to ship on the 8th and my credit card had not been charged. They charged on 1/8/24 and on 1/12/24, I e-mailed that I still had not received a tracking number. 1/15/24 EHCS call me regarding y order. I was told it would be processed as a WALK-UP and shipped that day. I told the representative EHCS had s****ed up and if it happened again, I would contact my insurance company about ordering from somewhere else. Well, here we are on 3/18/24, no refill form received in February for March order. ECHS contacted my doctor's office for a new prescription on 3/11/24 and I still have not received a refill form since January. I contacted my insurance company and if I pick up from my local pharmacy, it is a tier 4 and cost is $68.80 per month. Guess I'll contact my doctor's office and go back to pricking my fingers since all my diabetic supplies would be free. ECHS is a big joke.. (Everytime they are late shipping, I go without supplies. Shipping dates keep getting further and further apart)

      This is the second company I have used for my cgm. The first was nothing but problems/drama. I was assured Edwards would not give me any problems. First they sent the Libre 2 and my reader was not compatible. I was told I had to pay $80 for the correct reader or use my phone. I was about to get a new phone so I thought I'd just use it. What they neglected to tell me was that only certain phones are compatible! Of course
      my new phone was not. After waiting without a sensor for days, I get a call that yes I was eligible for a new reader no charge. Hmm Second they billed my order incorrectly and have been insisting I pay a $200 deductible that I do not owe. After contacting my insurance company it was confirmed that I do have coverage with no deductible, but they submitted the claim with the wrong code. I have explained this several times and thought it was settled because I had not heard from them in a while. Today I received a call about the deductible problem again
      No problems or drama ... yeah right!

      Good Morning,
      I checked the information in our system. When your insurance was originally verified, they stated that you have 100% coverage with no deductible, which means that everything should have been paid in full. However, when they processed the claim, the insurance applied it to your deductible. EHCS called the insurance back to dispute the claim and they stated that there is a deductible and it is owed by the member. Unfortunately, a quote of benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Then an insurance representative called EHCS with Ms. ****** on the line, as well, and asked why she was receiving a bill and we explained that stated that it was applied to her deductible. I do apologize for the miscommunication and inconvenience. If you call into our billing number, I will put a note in your account to make some type of payment arrangement for the reader; **************.

      Edwards is the second company I have used for my diabetic supplies. I switched because the first company I was using managed to check the boxes for every misstep possible. Edwards has been, at all times, professional and accurate. A breath of fresh air after the stench of my previous supplier.

      They scam my bank account and my social security and tried to make several addition illegal charges.
