Today 0ctober 20th 2024 i woke up and saw a transaction of $27.55 on my card when i have never seen this business and i don't have a subscription at al(yes i checked) i even called my bank this is fraud and they said this charge is going to keep happening so that means it's a subscription i even looked in my past transactions i have never bought anything here at all how this place got my card information is crazy and i know its this website because in the transaction on my card it says the name of this website this is an UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION COMPLETELY AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT YOU TO CANCEL WHATEVER "SUBSCRIPTION" YOU HAVE ON MY CARD ASAP.Initial Complaint

I am 81 years old and my daughter is helping me with my bills and discovered that I have been charged 4.95 since Oct for something that I never authorized. This company is taking advantage of people especially us seniors. I am on a fixed income and this company is taking money that was never authorized. I have no clue who this company is nor due I use their services. No one can tell me how this charge got onto my account in the first place. My latest Amazon Prime statement has a charge for "MY DISCOUNT NET LLC. Amazon customer service could not tell me what this charge was all about. I was calling AT&T to make an adjustment on my bill. I ended up on the phone about a $100 Walmart gift card. Was persuaded into the scam and was charged $4.95 on my card. I was just trying to get a bill fixed and ended up getting signed up for something I have no idea about or even want to be involved in. Having to cancel my card and get a new one. I have been having small amounts of money (usually $4.95) withdrawn from my account. At first, I thought it was me. Then, noticed it was not. My bank even called me about it and I realized I didn't even recognize the name. I had my card replaced, yet was found again. It was then that I remembered getting transferred to someone about a $100 gift card that I'd never received after talking to an insurance adjuster in regards to an actual claim. That said, I want all my money back. I want My Discount Net to leave me and my accounts alone. Remove my name from whatever lists you have. Stop making my life difficult and disrupted.
