            We signed our child up for a summer league back in may of 2022. We were promised in multiple emails that our child would placed in a team with similar friends. When the schedules comes up for the league with the rosters we realized that was not the case but we also realized due to travel baseball schedule that we would not be able to participate in the league and asked for a refund.             Had nothing but trouble with ***** 365 and their Dr. **** machines. Had issues logging into our account and had to use the house account (which doesn't track players progress). TV screens where never on and WiFi seemed to be a constant problem. The last time we were there we were unable to use the system at all as there were multiple "zones" down and the one were signed up for was being used by another player. The poor kid working had no idea how to make the situation better...we had to leave (not able to use our 30 minutes at all...talk about a waste of time) as our time was almost up and there was still no resolution in sight. This place has a lot of potential, but for us it was utterly disappointing with each visit. I'm most upset with the owner who completely ghosted me when I tried to reach out expressing our discontent and asking for a $50 refund for one month as were were never able to use the membership in the way it was sold to us initially.

            Hoop Guru Basketball Academy is not Swish 365, they are totally separate businesses. So a review of Swish 365 should not be placed on Hoop Guru Basketball Academy. Not sure why it is on our page for review. Please take the appropriate steps to make this happen.

            This location of ***** *** is located within ********* and is owned/ franchised and operated by the same person who runs ********. If there is a different place to evaluate the ************************* located on ********* Road wishing the ********* facility please advise and I will gladly review it there.
