    Sent in radio for repair in mid December 2024, and was told that he had received it for repair. After hearing nothing for a few months he finally called back and told me it was “in queue” for repair.

    As of June 2, 2025 have neither heard back from him nor received a refund per my many unanswered voicemails.

    We're writing in response to the complaint filed by ****
    ***** regarding their micro-cassette repair. We sincerely apologize for the
    communication delays and the extended wait for their repair. We understand
    their frustration and acknowledge that our communication has fallen short. 


    We've been experiencing an unprecedented volume of repair
    requests and inquiries. As a single technician, keeping up with the vast number
    of phone calls has become incredibly challenging, leading us to prioritize
    email communication for all updates and scheduling. This allows us to dedicate
    sufficient time to actual repairs. 


    Regarding *** ******* radio, we can confirm it was received
    in mid-December 2024. While we strive to process all repairs efficiently, we've
    encountered a significant backlog. Additionally, their unit presents a more
    complex repair than initially anticipated, requiring additional time and
    careful attention to ensure it's returned in proper working order. We did not
    charge any extra for the time taken. 
    We also want to clarify the repair cost. Our flat rate for
    this type of repair is $90, and we're unsure where the $130 amount mentioned in
    the complaint originated. We'd be happy to discuss this further with *** *****
    if there's any misunderstanding. 


    We're actively working through our repair queue and are
    committed to completing all outstanding repairs as quickly as possible without
    compromising quality. We will reach out via email with an update on the status
    of their radio and an estimated completion time frame as soon as we have a more
    precise assessment. 
    We appreciate their patience and understanding as we work to
    address this situation.
