    If youre considering working for or doing business with Miller Pipeline in ********, ****, I highly recommend thinking twice. The overall culture at this company is incredibly unprofessional. Foremen and supervisors routinely talk down to employees, belittle them, and speak with complete disrespect yet they expect you to stand there, say nothing, and just take it. Theres no accountability in leadership and no support for employees who actually care about doing the job safely and correctly.This company lacks professional leadership, fails to support safety minded employees, and seems to disregard union protocol. If youre union, expect little to no protection here. Very disappointing experience overall.
