5 starsPatrick and Stefanie represent their company well. They are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of every step in the process. 5 starsMy experience with Stefanie H**** and Patrick Fox were nothing but exceptional! Stefanie Huber immediately returned my voicemail and was out accessing my roof the next day. Next was contacting my claim adjuster who was anything but helpful. Stefanie and Patrick worked their magic with my claim and the ball began to roll. They answered all my questions, some before I even asked. Patrick made sure I understood the process regardless of how many times I repeated myself. Before I knew it I was picking the color of my new roof and soon after seeing the completed project! Stefanie and Patrick were there early that morning to meet with their fabulous, meticulous crew assuring all was getting underway. They checked in several times during the day. Patrick came back early the next day for a walk through making sure he was satisfied and if I had any questions. I LOVE MY ROOF AND APPRECIATE THE PROFESSIONALISM STEFANIE AND PATRICK SHOWED ME. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A NEW OR DAMAGED ROOF REPAIRS AND NOT SURE WHERE TO START I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEFANIE AND PATRICK AT SNYDER'S UNLIMITED LLC. 5 starsA big thank you to Snyder's Unlimited and project managers Brenndan and Joe and the crew that installed my new roof that was wind damaged in March. They were here at the crack of dawn installed and completed my new roof, cleaned up and done and gone in 4 hours. Their 'large crew' was amazing in their work with in how they each were responsible for their part of the installation. Inspection completed and a job well done! This was a learning experience for me and Brenndan and Joe were very professional in explaining and answering all of my questions in how the insurance claim is processed, how long it might take and how the installation is done to my satisfaction. Snyder's Unlimited is a costumer oriented company and I highly recommend them!

5 starsOverall, it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. We had been doing the snowbird thing in Florida when the March windstorm occurred and we had not yet begun the anticipated agony of dealing with an insurance claim. Then two things happened.
First, (on June 1st) Tim from Snyder's stopped by to ask if we were aware of missing shingles. During a lengthy conversation it was revealed that one of Snyder's Unlimited key strengths was negotiating with insurance companies over storm damage claims. At their suggestion we filed a claim, Snyder's did a thorough review of our roof's condition and provided this information to support our claim.
Then the second amazing thing happened. On June 7th our insurance company approved our claim. On June 8th we received a direct deposit. On Jue 13th we signed a contract with Snyder's and on June 19th they replaced our entire roof with highest quality materials that GAF offers. And our cost was only the policy deductible.
The roofing team was extraordinary. They carefully covered our deck and flower beds with blue tarps to prevent damage. When they were not satisfied with the way some of the original flashing was done they redid it to their standards. And their cleanup was perfect. And when a wren chick tumbled out of its nest they rescued it, gave it to me and I put in a nearby tree where, surprisingly, its parents did collect it and herd it away from the commotion.
All in all, it was a perfect experience. Would we recommend Snyder's to friends and family? Already have. And when we get around to new siding and gutters they will be our first call.Snyder's Unlimited Contracting LLC

5 starsI had Snyder's Unlimited replace my large roof (75 Square) after a tornado touched down 7 miles from the home. I had called several roofing companies because I had leaks through my ceilings. Snyder's Unlimited offered to have someone out to put patches the very next day and to access the damage. To much surprise the owner was at my door the next morning to look over the damage. Keep in mind I'm a retired contractor that specialized in roofing years ago. My home has skylights, several peaks and is very steep, it is a complicated roof. Destroy Snyder told me it would be torn off and replaced in one day. I bet against it. Thought possibly 3 days minimum! His crew was here at daybreak. Keep in mind I'm an hour and a half from Columbus. Job completed by 5pm. I watched every aspect of installation. They were flawless! It's been 3 weeks since installation and I have only found 3 nails in my yard. An unbelievable job well done and a miraculous clean up! Destry worked in conjunction with my insurance, and I never had to leave home to deal with the details! Take it from someone who knows roof construction Snyder Unlimited is the real deal. 5 starsSnyder's Unlimited Contracting went above and beyond when my roof was recently damaged due to a March windstorm. Darin H***** came to my house, inspected the exterior and interior damage, and then dealt entirely with my insurance company who was initially unwilling to pay for my claim. He went out of his way (even using a drone to take photos of the damaged) to finally get the insurance claim through. His knowledge of the Ohio Revised Code helped my insurance company understand their legal obligations to my claim, which resulted in full coverage for the damage. Once the claim went through, the work crews came out two days later and replaced the entire roof in a matter of hours. I came home to find no evidence what-so-ever that they had been there, except for the brand new roof they had put on my house! Well done, from beginning to end!Review fromKelsey G
