Met this company at a Home Show in Columbus. Paid them $5250 for this job. Contract date is 9/11/19. Company installed counter top, sink, and plumbing (new faucet). Company gave a limited warranty. Everything was fine until February 21, ***** when an incident occurred and the edge of the counter top was damaged. We called, sent pictures immediately and were told they would repair for $250 truck charge and probably an hour labor but they would need to come when they were in the area. We waited a few weeks then started calling asking when they were coming. We were now trying to work with the ************* because both franchises were connected by one owner and we're told to call ******. Left messages, no responses. Finally was told they couldn't find us, we were not their customer. That finally changed. We have called periodically and constantly told they can't schedule it yet. Called corporate and ****** said she would also try to "encourage" them to help us. No idea how many phone calls we've made, and emails to the franchise owner, but we were supposed to be scheduled mid May for late May. Now the internet says ****** is closed. Called corporate and they say that's untrue. Left another message. Corporate was supposed to "encourage" again. No response. We are putting our house on the market and have a broken counter top. Obviously will effect our sale. It seems obvious at this point they are not going to repair.

On 12/30/2024, Granite Transformations came to our house for scheduled work. They replaced the countertops, updated the backsplash, and performed minor work in the main kitchen area. The job was completed. The next day, the countertop in one area of the kitchen had "settled," so it now has a distinct slope. This slope is easily detectable using a level. The naked eye can also see it. The kitchen faucet was also installed improperly. We contacted the salesperson and main contact immediately and came to our home in mid-January to inspect the installation. We were assured they would fix the problems in the next two weeks. Further contact with the salesperson was made over the following weeks with no resolution. The final time we talked to the salesperson, he told us that he had left the company and that we should contact the main office. We left several messages and it was weeks before our calls were returned. The office manager agreed to talk to the owner and get a resolution. We waited approx. 3 weeks for a return call which never came. Upon contacting them recently, we were told that the "warranty" department of the main Granite Transformations office would contact us. It has been another 3-4 weeks and we have not received any contact. At this point, we feel like we have no choice but to notify the BBB in the hopes that you can help us resolve the situation before we end up in court.
