Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Ohio Party Bus for your group transportation needs. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. Please carefully review our refund and exchange policy below. This policy applies to all our services, including charter services, group fun trips, tours, party bus rentals, hotel event and airport shuttle services, designated drivers, non-emergency medical transport, and vehicle returns.

Reservations Deposits and Payments:
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Full payment is due a minimum of 60 days prior to the date of service. Failure to complete the payment on time may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund of the deposit.

A separate 100% refundable damage security deposit is also required at the time of booking and should be paid within 7 days of the booking.  The amount of the security deposit is reflective of the event and number and type of vehicles chartered for the event.  The damage security deposit covers damages to bus, bus equipment, excess cleaning, and any biohazardous cleanup required after events.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled service will result in a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled service will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund, excluding the refundable damage security deposit.

Changes to Reservations or Bookings:
Changes to the date, time, or type of service are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We request that all changes be made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled service.
Last-minute changes (less than 30 days before the service) are not guaranteed and may be subject to a change fee of $150.

Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations within the policy terms will be processed within 30 business days.
In the event of a service failure on our part, a full or partial refund or substitutions may be issued at the discretion of Ohio Party Bus.

Exchange Policy:
While we do not offer direct exchanges, customers wishing to alter their service details may do so under our Changes to Reservation policy.

Special Circumstances:
In cases of extreme weather, emergencies, or unforeseen events impacting our ability to provide services, we will work with customers to reschedule, refund, or substitute services at our discretion.
