Refund and Exchange Policy
If the item is working as intended, but you wish to return it there is a 20% restocking fee.

If the item is found to be defective or not working as described in the auction description, you may exchange it within 30 days of receiving the item after the return has been authorized. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued once the defective or damaged item is returned and inspected.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Our liability will not extend beyond the original purchase price of any item. Any item modified or tampered with is not eligible for return. We mark all items and record the circuit board serial numbers on all Ethernet and high value items. We may use anti tampering labels at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel transactions made in error, e.g. database glitches resulting in underpriced surplus.
