    I bought a ********* refrigerator on November 17, 2023 from this company. I also bought a warranty at the same time. Several months later the freezer stopped working. On June 25, 2024. I left a voicemail message for B****** S******* and sent an email, the owner of this business I requested that he contact me. On July 3, 2024. I sent another email as well as leaving a voicemail that I had not heard back from him regarding the refrigerator. I immediately received an email from B****** that he would get back with me to fix this. First part of August still have not heard anything from B****** so I called left a voicemail sent another email still nothing. On August 13 I emailed August 13. I emailed B****** a letter that I wanted this fixed. Still nothing.

    Brandon, the owner of fix it, emptied coins from our washer and dryer machine per the job we agreed upon. He was supposed to send us the balance, around $170. Instead he stopped responding and has kept out money. His new number may be ###-###-####
