    I ordered the liner on 2/10/2025 and paid $636.38. I was told they would be sending someone out in April to install the liner but they continued pushing mine off. My liner finally got put in may 21st, 2025 I paid the guy $650 to install but a couple days later the liner started falling in around the sides then I noticed at the bottom its bubbled.The liner they put in doesnt seem to fit my pool at all weve tried to fix it our selves but it keeps coming back down. I went to the store and the owner ***** just kept telling me it wasnt that bad and as long as we didnt splash or move the water to much it would be fine. I paid ******** in total and now I cant get anybody to come back out to fix it they tell me Im next but they never come.

    Chevron Pools sold the customer the liner but did not install the liner. *** The Pool Guy installed the liner for the customer. Due to the weather, the liner was installed in May. 

    I have pictures of the day the liner was installed perfectly and pictures of *** fixing the liner where it came out of the track, which needed additional material that the customer did not pay for to fix. Due to the weather and material availability the pool had to wait to be fixed. The material became available just recently but do to the stormy weather *** had to wait to fix. The attached pictures show the liner has been fixed.

    Attached our the pictures of the liner installation and liner installation on the liner coming out of the track.

    The liner coming out of the track is hard to see at the top by the track, which has been fixed by the installer not employed by Chevron pools.
