              My mom got me the groupon for a Christmas's gift of $99.00 they said i had to pay a $25 consultation fee i accidently sent $40 (new to using zelle and was my 1st time adding a new person to send money to) I then let them know i send a payment (was just gonna let them keep the extra money as a tip) it says wait 24 hours for a reply 5 days went by i got no response so i wrote them again i got a email saying check the email on file they been trying to reach out i replied asking for the next available appointment i got no response i went through all my emails from the start of me reaching out to them from the start i found no emails i even checked junk folder. I started to check the reviews and seen alot of this is a scam so i would just like my full refund of the $99.00 from the groupon(to my mother) and my $40 payment sent via zelle.

              I feel bad for other people and there stories but i personality have had no complaints with my property or the management company. I moved In July/August 2023 i did and open house the person who showed me the house was nice on time and very Knowledgeable also the 1st property i was shown it was not fit for me so she showed me a couple more properties till i found the right fit for my family an I. I only had to do one application fee. *he whole process was easy and ****. * made sure he commutated with me Via email every step of the way and was quick with every response. Now moving it there was some minor things that needed fixed and they sent someone out that same day and got it fixed(literally same day and had it fixed). Moving forward now in NOV 23 i needed my kids window fixed cold was was coming through and they sent someone out that same day and fixed it.SO I WOULD RECCOMEND *HIS COMANY!!
