    Description:
    Consumer called in about concrete work done by Garage Coating Pros. He paid $9000 for replacement concrete work around
    his pool area in his yard. It came with a 5 year warranty that is not being honored. The concrete is now cracking and they are not
    willing to come fix.

    7.3.2025 Business responded to complaint via phone stating that client refused to pay for concrete repairs business completed that totaled $3,875.00. The outstanding balance must be paid for the warranty to be valid.

    The contract Garage Coating Pros provided to me, that I accepted and signed, was for a total payment of $9,000 that I paid when the work was completed. The demand of more money to activate the warranty was made and denied after the total of $9,000 was paid.  The work was done by individuals who were untrained and unsupervised resulting in substandard work evidenced by poor adhesion of the paint in several places along with the reappearance of many of the cracks in the concrete that had been repaired by the workers. I would submit my copy of the contract but I am 76 years old and don’t function like many individuals are able to.  Thanks you for your help in this important matter.  I paid the full price we agreed upon and want the necessary repairs done per the warranty mentioned in the contract.
