I had my regular dental cleanings done with this Dental works location for 2 years (4 cleanings) before I couldnt take it anymore. On my first cleaning they tried to sell me a fluoride toothpaste that I did not need after receiving my fluoride treatment. On what should have been my second cleaning, I called to reschedule and they stated the doctors were out that day and not sure why I was ever scheduled. On my third cleaning I was told I needed a laser cleaning for my gums. At that point I found a new dentist who told me my teeth and gums were perfect. I canceled my 4th appointment day of and received a **** for $30.00 - it did not state this was a same day cancellation fee only that it was a past due collection although this is the first **** I received. I called the ***************** who was closed for the week and left a message- my message was never returned. I called the following week, when they should have been back, and was again connected to a voicemail saying they were out of office the previous week. I called a third time and was connected to the ************ office who said they would waive the fee and that all bills say they are past due even if they are not. A month later I have now received a final notice of a $30.00 payment due. I called the ***************** and the mailbox is full so I could not leave a message. I called the ************ office and left a voicemail. To be certain it was received I also called the ****** office whose voicemail said they would be out of office until June 1st, and it is July 22nd. This dental company cannot keep their time out of office straight, not their billing systems. They try to upsell services and products that are not needed. They do not respond to customers and have terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.
