- If we miss spots or we don't get the carpet or upholstery as clean as you think it should be, we will come back and re-clean the areas at no extra charge to the customer. If the customer is still not satisfied that we have done as much as we can to get the areas to the best possible condition, we will offer a refund for the areas that the customer is dissatisfied with or a full refund if necessary.
