I contracted w/ Quality waterproofing to repair a sinking foundation on my home. The company did arrive on time on the agreed date and preformed work over 2 days . Employees did a great job on repairing foundation (access was in a tight location) they also did a good jog on clean up . I ask numerous questions before signing contract and owner agreed to all my requests at this time I have no complaints and would do business w/Quality again.Quality Waterproofing of Dayton, LLC

Poor workmanship. Owner knew problem, never checked for quality of work done. Either time. Had to come back for second time. Very disappointed and exterior of my home looks worse than when work was completed. Too may phones calls and messages left to get anyones attention. So disappointing. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. Tony, who is the owner, did in fact check the work We performed the work as per your contract and addressed all concerns that you had. You signed the completion certificate that states: that all work was performed as per your contract that you acknowledge that no further work is yet to be done and that said contract was performed to your satisfaction. 5 starsA very professional company. Tony looked at our basement leak and gave us what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and suggested other things I could do to prevent standing water in the yard. The crew (Eddie and Eric) arrived ahead of schedule and explained what they were going to do. They did a great job and they cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend them for any waterproofing job.
