      There was a sticker put on my window saying my property is vacant when we closed on the house the 10th of January and moved in fully on the 11th of January. The property listed is occupied and I do not want safeguard on my property again.

      In response to the complaint received from Ms. ****** ****,
      Safeguard Properties Management LLC (“Safeguard”) is a property preservation
      company.  Safeguard works at the direction of its clients which include
      mortgage lenders, servicers and government backed investors. Safeguard is often
      requested to complete property inspections at the property for its
      clients.  The sticker was placed several months ago when Safeguard had a
      work order at the property.  Safeguard
      will notify its client of Ms. *****s complaint.  If there are any other
      concerns, Safeguard’s customer service team can also be reached at 800-852-8306
      extension 2158.

      Company left a note on my door saying vacant and taking pictures and will rekey and winterize home in 7 days when there's plenty of evidence people live here including a car in front of the house and in the driveway. I have them on camera going right to the front door and putting the sticker then barely knocking when clearly it's a porch and I have a doorbell. Very unprofessional and if anything happens I will be contacting the authorities.

      In response to the complaint received from
      Mr. S***** *******, Safeguard Properties Management, LLC (“Safeguard”) is a
      property preservation company.  Safeguard works at the direction of its
      clients which include mortgage lenders, servicers and government backed
      investors. Safeguard’s client request work orders on a per order bases to complete
      property inspections at Mr. *******’s property. Safeguard’s client requested
      that Safeguard inspect the property to determine if it was occupied or vacant
      by performing an inspection at your property.  Safeguard’s inspector
      reported Mr. *******’s property occupied.  Safeguard will notify its
      client of Mr. *******’s complaint and Safeguard’s customer service team can
      also be reached at 800-852-8306 extension 2158.  Mr. ******* should also
      contact his mortgage company to discuss the inspection orders being placed at
      the property.
