    We own several rental properties in Cleveland 
    The owners Caryn W**** , AL W***** and Sarah W***** run the company, since we were providing a big amount of work they offered us a special package for water tanks and furnaces, the condition was just to prepay and they will hold them until we gave them the green light to install it.
    Fast forward to today, they are extremely disrespectful to clients, they talk to our tenants in a really disrespectful way, our furnaces and tanks packages included installation, have them up and running, but instead they just kept asking for more money and more money everytime, just dropping tanks and furnaces with minimum work and not working, until a lot more money was given. 
    We had situations were two furnaces took them 6 weeks to install, always with the excuse they will come back in the next two days, but they never did, doing small parts of work all the time and then coming next week to do another small work, we had several inspections by the city and there was always surprises of work done incorrectly, not putting the correct pipes, many many quality problems, not professional at all.
    My conversations were with Caryn W***** and her attitude is far of a professional company.
    Today we decided to end our business deal and asked then for $14,000 refund of prepaid furnaces and tanks, the answer of Caryn W***** was she will deliver all the furnaces and water tanks at two properties that are empty, gutted and on the worst neighborhoods in Cleveland in the next 2 hours. 
    She doesn't care and just said she will do it regardless, shows how unprofessional this company is, instead she threat us saying she is "friends" with many city of Cleveland inspectors and will send all of them.We welcome all of them with open arms since we get frequent inspections from them and everything is good, on some inspections we did find out the horrible quality of work performed by this company.

    Caryn W***** is the owner, NOT Sarah or Alfred w*****. Per customer request we moved the units to other properties. We have a letter that we have sent to the lawyer. We had been working for this customer for several years. We even submitted letters saying that out prices had gone up, yet we kept the prices the same because he had been a good customer.We have gone to accounting and got all information together. Letter is attached.

    This customer has several rental properties. In the previous email I attached a letter. This is submitted to the customers lawyer. The customer did prepay for furnaces and Hwt. He paid for these about 2 years ago. Since then we have hel them in storage. Since then he has used this equipment for his other properties. Our business relationship has ended because the customer did not want to pay the higher prices and he wanted free work done on units that were installed 2 years ago. These are properties in a bad area and very poorly taken care of. Most of these properties are vacant or have been vacant. If it took us an extended amount of time to install this equipment, that was due to covid or not having access to the property because the owner does not live in Ohio. Lastly, in the complaint it states that Sarah W*****, caryn W***** and Alfred W***** are the owners. This is not a true statement at all. 

    Caryn W***** is the owner.

    Alfred and Sarah are not at all owners or even partial owners.
