This place is a complete fraud! We sent 2 pairs of retro Jordans to this cleaners to be cleaned in early November. Glenn, the owner, gave us the run around for weeks until he called my husband and said our shoes were stolen from his store. Stated his wife was strong armed! He said he does good business, valued our business and would replace them. Immediately, I filed a police report in case I needed to take legal action but really wanted to give them a chance to keep their word. Fast forward to Christmas and miraculously, my shoes returned but I have no idea where these shoes have been for over a month and no way to verify they are our shoes. He said he would write a check but his wife has to do it. Ran us around another month stating his wife's father died and she was out of th4 country for two weeks. Fast forward to today. Per the wife, my shoes were never stolen and she's not paying a dime. However, the police verified they were stolen. I called him and now his tone is very defensive and arrogant stating they were stolen and now returned but he will not pay. Utterly disgusting to treat your customer this way. To court we go and beyond. Be careful!
