I am writing to file a complaint against Cameron Creek, located at **** ******** ***** *** ********* ** *********** Despite countless maintenance requests over the past year, the management has failed to properly maintain my unit and address numerous ongoing issues that have made my apartment unlivable. My problems with maintenance in my unit began in April 2023 when the kitchen drawer broke off completely. I reported it numerous times to the office but the issue still has not been fixed as of February 2024. Additionally, both bathroom sinks are severely rotten. The master bathroom sink has a large hole and the pipes underneath leak water onto the floor when used for an extended period. The maintenance team has attempted repairs twice but the leak persists. The stove has only one working burner out of four, making it extremely difficult to cook meals. The kitchen light also no longer turns on, leaving us without a working kitchen light for January 2024. Despite multiple in-person, phone requests to the office, maintenance appointments are scheduled but technicians often do not show up. When they do come, they fail to make repairs or follow up. The complex has not addressed any of these issues satisfactorily. Furthermore, the dumpster areas are overflowing with trash on a regular basis, attracting pests and creating an unsanitary environment. I have made every effort to resolve these matters directly with the management team since April 2023. At this point the health/safety hazards and non-working appliances make my apartment unlivable. I look to the BBB for assistance in facilitating proper maintenance and repairs by the complex. Please let me know if any additional information is needed in regards to my complaint.
