Red’s Auto Center in ********** Ohio has for the last 6 months has been not taking care of my car which was paid for through my insurance company ****. The job was to install an engine in the car as mine had been through a flooding accident. My comprehensive insurance took care of it. I called numerous times over the last couple months to find out what was going on with my car, only to find out they haven’t done anything. They had a gentleman who I imagine doesn’t work there anymore, at least that’s what I’ve been told named N***** who was the one answering the phone and answering my questions about the car. At first I was unable to go to work because I didn’t have a car I couldn’t afford a rental car and I didn’t have renters insurance through ****. As a result due to the longevity of not having my car I lost my job as a corrections officer at ******* ******** Jail in ************* WV. I thought it might take a while to have the car fixed as I don’t know how long it would take to install an engine, a while I’d imagine. After a couple months I decided to call them to find out what was going on. N***** answered and said he was waiting to hear back from the insurance company. I called **** to find out what was going on and they said they didn’t receive a phone call from Red’s Auto Center. This happened in May or June. More time passed, I found out my wife is pregnant and I need a car to go to work, I’m still currently unemployed due to this incident. My insurance has defaulted and my credit has declined significantly and I have a 9k credit card bill. In August I told Mr. N***** that I expected the car to be done I gave him a week to fix the car his excuse being he didn’t have enough workers to fix the car. By his own testimony he said he could have it done. It was not and when I called to tell him of his breach of verbal contract I was met by another man by the name of *******. He said he’d have to restart everything since N***** was now gone. It’s been another month.

Take a car there for a alinement August 4 and noticed by the end of August where to the tires by 8 September had to have a re-alignment and a set of tires put on the car when it was realigned it was at another shop on another head. It was 80° out on one side on the toe and 90° out on toe on the other side. No bad parts in the front end to cause tire wear other than it being out on toe
