            This company superbly completed my roof at the end of july. The sales rep Mike W***** ###-###-#### met with the insurance adjuster and verbally quoted an amount of 5,000-6,000. The invoice was dropped off to my home in mid sept for 9,477.26 which I submitted to the insurance company on sept 26th. The insurance made payment of 4496.23 because the decking on the final bill was not approved. I have been notified via text and voicemail everything was approve, however never have i gotten and updated bill. My husband has been given several different amounts over the phone to remedy the situation, however nothing in writing. And today I was advised by the owner Tony W*** ###-###-#### I needed to pay 1410.00 on my deductible. We just do not know what we owe and need a paper trail to confirmation. The employees were awesome, the work was completed and we have no problem paying what is owed. However, we just need come guidance on how to move forward with this matter. Thank you for your time.

            You'll never find a more honest roofer. We have used Roof Medic for all of our properties - during the estimate the owner often recommended a repair and told us how many years we had left in the roof. When we did replace the roof the crew was in and out in a day, took care to cover the bushes, and cleaned up the entire area before leaving.
