      Purchased item 6/1. Company received full payment from me for item. emailed 3 times for status of order. Zero response back from company and I did not receive item I paid for.

      I purchased a Nutr nut milk making machine on Oct. 21, 2024. The motor failed. They sent me a replacement on approximately 1/31/25. I have tried to reach the company multiple times. There is now another issue with this replacement machine. They will not return emails and the phone number listed does not go through. I paide $143.65 for the machine and am concerned this 2nd issue could make the machine fail. Since they won't respond to emails or to my request in their contact form on their website, I cannot seek resolution or explain the issue. This is unacceptable for a business to not respond to customers. I am seeking a full refund plus, if possible, compensation for the time and energy I have put into trying to reach them. If necessary, I can provide receipts and documents.

      Ordered on June 14th. Have not received item ordered. Have not returned any of my emails to their customer support. The phone number on file to contact them is not valid. Now their site won't let me refund, because it's stating it's over 30 days on my purchase, however I've been trying to get hold of them. Not my fault they are not replying prior to the 30 days. I'm not the only customer in this sistuation with them. I want the item refunded.

      I received the wrong item for what I had purchased and also had missing items. When initially reaching out to the company, I received a response, but was not able to get a response after that, despite emailing directly and also trying to reach out through the website. It also took a very long time to receive my item. The biggest complaint is that I received the wrong item, was missing pieces, and have not heard back from the company

      I was provided with an example of this Nutr product by my neighbors who have one and like it very much. They provided me with a link for a pre-order of a machine **** ordered one in May 2025. We are now in July 2025 and I have not received my machine and I have contacted the multiple times using their email and phone number as provided on their website and no one has contacted me. I now feel that this has been a scam. I also see information online that this company went out of business?

      BBB NOTE: Consumer filed a new complaint online that was flagged for review as a possible duplicate complaint.  BBB Complaint Acceptance guidelines do not allow your BBB to validate additional or duplicate complaints from the same consumer against the same company involving the same account or marketplace issues, as we report both the number and nature of the complaints that we process.  


      We have closed the duplicate complaint and copied the additional information submitted and we have manually posted it to the original complaint case below. Based upon this new information we are resuming BBB **************************** We appreciate the patience and understanding of the parties.  


      Purchased Nutr machine via website 5/17/2025, $141.75 charged. No receipt of machine. No returned, phone calls, no returned emails. The company will not respond.

      I ordered a Nutr Machine and two cleaning brushes in May. It is now July and have heard nothing from this company. I have sent emails, submitted contact us through their website and messaged though Instagram with no response from them. The machine I ordered is no longer listed on their website. I dont understand why they are still accepting orders if there is no communication nor products to be shipped. Something sketchy is going on. I just want a refund at this point. They posted a pic on June 2nd on Instagram so Im assuming this company is still up and running or just scamming people at this point.

      I ordered a Nutr Ultra nut milk maker and when my package arrived I was given a soy milk maker from a brand Ive never heard of called Wifer. Ive since sent 3 emails to their purported support and not gotten a response.

      NUTR machine was purchased December 2024. Recipient did not want machine so a shipping label was requested within 5 days of receiving the product with no company response. After 5 months of repeated requests the company agreed to a refund and sent shipping label and machine was shipped back immediately. As of today 5/2025 a refund has NOT been given.

      I just think it is so unfair that a business can get away with this theft. We have sought legal counsel but because this company has disconnected all viable ways to communicate, not even our attorney letters are received. They should not be allowed to advertise their products on social media with sponsors who mislead consumers.  They have my money and now the product but will not issue the refund!

      I purchased a Nutr machine months ago. A few weeks after not sending out my order, the company claimed they were having production issues and wouldn't know when the machine would be back in stock. They have since not responded to ANY of my multiple emails, either looking for a solution or a refund and it's been MONTHS. They took my money and ran.

      I pre-ordered a Nutr milk machine in August 2024, paying $339 for a milk machine that was supposed to be delivered in November. However, in November the company said the product wouldn't be ready until Q1 2025. I contacted the company in December to check the status via *********************************** and ****** **** (the co-founder and CEO ) responded and again said it would be ready in Q1 2025. That is the last time I've ever heard from the company. I cannot reach the owner **** **** via phone *************) - it goes to voice mail and he doesn't respond - or the company by email (***********************************). Other complaints indicate the company has gone out of business. I would like my money back and to file a complaint - especially as the company continues to send out emails requesting people buy their product (which you can still do online - you just won't receive the product, but they'll take your money). This is fraud.
