    On May 25, 2016 BBB teleconferenced with Mr. Fazenbaker to request an update of their business model and sales practices. Mr. Fazenbaker informed BBB that VSI is not currently using any third party sales and marketing organizations to sell their services. 

    According to information supplied by VSI, Extensive Travel Solutions (ETS), located in Kingwood, TX, had an agreement allowing ETS to sell the VSI exchange program as part of their timeshare packages.  According to BBB|Houston, ETS is believed to be out of business.

    BBB has identified additional resort companies that have offered VSI programs as part of their packages including:

    All Vacation Destinations in Park Ridge, IL.
    Coral Resorts in Hilton Head, SC. 
    Summerwinds Resort Services, LLC in Branson, MO

    VSI advised BBB that they do not have any affiliation with these three businesses.  All Vacation Destinations worked with R&R Venture Group and the other two businesses used VSI as well as other programs to list their clients’ properties that they are looking to rent or sell.
