    Morales Roofing Llc removed my old roof and put on a new one. My roof was not complete or completed properly. They didn't finish the ridge cap. The roofers have exposed nails in the roof which in time will cause leakage. They didn't tar areas where water could leak in the tin they put around the roof and over a front area of the home. They used roof nails instead concrete nails to put up the tin. My home is brick. I now have exposed wood on the front area of my home, that was never exposed with my prior roof. Also the team working severely damaged or broke my gutters. Now the water is not running thru the gutters but running down and over. Now water is forming in one area when it rain which will cause an issue with my leakage in my basement eventually because the water is near the base of my home is pooling. A team member removed my cable satellite dish and never put it back, as a matter of fact I have no clue where that is. They completely took down the gutter system off my garage and never put it back up, it’s laying on the ground. The managing roofer had to be contacted to finish things. He finished a couple things but not properly. When contacted again and photos sent of all the damage he didn’t care because I asked him several times via text message and phone call. He only responded when I said I’m taking him to court. I know longer trust him with my home. I even tried to give them one more to cure the issues and contacting them via text. No reponse so I’m done. I have over 20 pictures showing the unprofessional this company demonstrated.
