    I bought a 2016 Suburban from them and I didn’t get the extended warranty because of the low miles on the vehicle. Well it went a total of 138 miles and the motor made weird sound and started running rough. I now will be spending thousands to get lifters and other parts fixed. I called to see if they would be willing to help in ANY way and was told told basically NO. 138 miles!!! I wouldn’t buy from these people.

    5 stars isn't enough!
    I'm very appreciative of Jason and Doug, Mid-Towne Auto is the best dealership experience I've had. I flew from north Texas, the car was exactly as advertised and actually better than I expected and I drove it 953 miles it back home. They're fair, friendly and professional. I love my Infiniti, guys.
