  We've used Harrison's Pro Tree Service numerous times in the past and have always had a great experience. They are extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. Today they came out to prune (lift & deadwood) a half dozen trees at the back of our property, and trim and shape three very large hydrangea shrubs along our fenceline. They even took the initiative to remove some honeysuckle adjacent to the worksite in the back. They did an excellent job--as usual--and thoroughly cleaned up all debris--including a bunch of fallen leaves in the area. The crew arrived about 10:30AM and were finished with everything by about 11:45AM. A super-organized, hard-working bunch of folks. They seem to never stop moving once they get there--strictly focused on the job. We are beyond pleased with the results. Reliable and reasonably priced. They are, and have been, our go-to folks for any tree work or related issues. Highly recommend!!!

  Harrison Tree service responded to my criticism of my tree that they implied was decaying based on observations of a mushroom like growths on the trunk base. In her response to my review, Denise noted that I didn't send her pictures. When I called and asked if the number I called was where I should the pictures, she said no and that she would text me so I would have the correct number. I never received any further communication from her. If she wants to text me I would be more than happy to provide pictures. Also, if there was a concern about the potential decaying of the tree, there are multiple tests to accurately determine the health of the tree. It was my decision to take the tree out, but that decision was based on what I thought was a solid analysis of its condition.

  I had Harrison Tree Company come out to do tree trimming at my home. On the day of the quote I was told by Denise, a certified arborist, that a huge tree (47 years old) in our front yard showed signs of decay in the trunk due to mushroom like growths on the base. I received bids to have it removed. The company I went with is finishing up now and they found NO decay. A good tree was destroyed.

  When I was called out to provide a free estimate for a tree trimming project I did an inspection of the tree. There were multiple areas of fungal growth surrounding the base of the tree and areas where I could probe at the base. This particular fungus feeds on decay. The tree did have areas that were decaying in the actual base and roots of the tree (I never stated the entire tree was decayed). The tree had major flaws and had a multi stem growth pattern which is improper and causes structural weakness. We did service the tree and did a large pruning on this particular tree and multiple others in your yard and you were highly satisfied. You then called later requesting an estimate for removal. You made me aware on the day the tree was cut by another vendor that there were no signs of any decay. You said you had pictures and would send them but we never received them. This tree was a multi stem Locust with a poor growth pattern. We previously took off a large limb to reduce the risk of breakage and did a beautiful trimming. I'm sorry you felt misled and removed the tree. I stand by my diagnosis that there were structural weakness and areas of decay at the base.

  Harrison Pro Tree Service were prompt and though they cut and chipped 8 trees they were done in two hours. They all worked efficiently and professionally. They respected me and the property. Owners, Jeff and Denise are very personable and well versed in trees and describing the proposed project in detail in writing. They leave no questions unanswered where it pertains to their proposal. They are properly covered by insurance. They cleaned up after the trees were removed. They were considerate of me as a senior citizen who only pays by check.

  This is our 4th or 5th time in the past four years or so that we've called Harrison's Pro Tree Service to come to our rescue. As always, they did a wonderful job. We had a large branch break on a cluster of 40-foot Osage trees in our back yard. We also wanted to take down a large branch and clean out the "dead" limbs in a series of equally large Hackberry trees near the Osage and just outside our backyard fence. I called Harrison's that morning (7/15/24) and the co-owner (who is also the estimator, and a certified arborist) answered. She said she was in the area and would come by within the hour. She showed up as scheduled, examined our trees, and found the Osage cluster had several other cracks which could cause problems in the future. So, we decided to remove those trees as well. We also had a large pile of old firewood outside the fence we wanted hauled off. She gave us a written estimate on the spot (which was reasonable) and followed up later that day with the formalized e-mail estimate. She was able to schedule the work for the following Monday (7/22/24). The Harrison's team was supposed to arrive at 7:45 AM, but showed up at 7:30. They came ready to go right to work--with about 10 guys, several trucks (including a bucket truck), a large chipper, and a couple "caterpillar-treaded" vehicles (minimal lawn damage) to collect and haul the debris from inside our fence to the chipper outside the fence. The team leader (also a co-owner) kept things moving smoothly. The whole operation was professional, well-organized, and very efficient. Amazingly, they were done (including a thorough cleanup) within about two hours. It was another exceptional job by the Harrison's crew. We'll definitely have them back again when/if the need arises. Highly recommend!!

  Harrison's Pro Tree Service is the most personable, professional, and competent tree service I have ever used. From the start, when they come out for the estimate, I was impressed. The knowledge and recommendations from their specialist was amazing. Then, they brought in an Army of machines and experts to complete what I thought would take a couple days in just a few hours...including cleaning up all the debris. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone looking for help with their trees.

  We've used Harrison's Pro Tree Service a couple times in the past few years, and they did a great job each time. That's why we called on them again to clean the dead stuff out of the huge sweet gum tree in our front yard, remove a very large low-hanging limb that interfered with mowing, and remove some large limbs that were encroaching on our house roof. They also cleaned a bunch of dead stuff out of a large mulberry tree in our backyard and remove the many branches that were covering our shed. Finally, they flush-cut and removed a large old, mostly dead crabapple tree from our side yard and then stumped it. Once again, they did a great job--as expected. The crew arrived at about 8AM on 7/18/23 as scheduled and were done a little after 10AM--including thorough cleanup. The guys were friendly, well-organized, efficient, and well-equipped to tackle the jobs we had for them. We would definitely hire them again. Highly recommend!!

  Called Harrison's Pro Tree for winter season tree pruning after watching them complete a large job in our neighborhood. Requested their suggestions/guidance and received a detailed quote for some large branch removal and pruning of eight large trees. Our job needed climbers as well as bucket truck equipment to complete the work safely and protect property/yard. Work was completed quickly, professionally and exactly as quoted. The crew was experienced and a pleasure to deal with. Equipment was top notch. Ground protection mats were used and cleanup was complete without any hassle.
  I called three tree companies and received two written quotes and one verbal. All were within 15% of each other with Harrison in the middle. The Harrison quote was by far the most detailed and the most professional.
