Carpet is ok but customer service is terrible! They came to stretch the rug but did very little and the carpet is extremely lumpy.I'll need to pay someone else to stretch the carpet correctly! The owner said they moved furniture to stretch the carpet and this is not true.Find another company if you wish service after the sale!Very disappointed.

We are very sorry this customer is unhappy with their flooring. We would have loved to hear from this customer so it could be addressed in a timely manner. This was a customer we had 5 years years ago. We went above and beyond but after doing a re-stretch a year later, at no cost to the customer (and yes we did move furniture to do so), we have not heard from them. Customer was satisfied for 5 years. It is not uncommon for carpet to need restretched after years of heavy traffic and weight being placed on it. We just have not heard from this customer other than recently through online reviews.

Where to begin! Everything in their response is untrue. I understand Classic Carpet's desire to protect their business. However, their response implies they have not heard from us in five years! This lie infuriates my wife and I as we made several phone calls and at lest one personal visit to the store attempting to discuss our dissatisfaction with the owner Jason. He was never avaliable! When a different installer came to re-strech our carpet, he commented, "who laid this carpet"! Implying the carpet had been laid poorly. Much more could be said but I will end saying; Classic Carpet has always had our phone number and email. Jason never attempted to return a call from us. And yes, it has been five years. But, after many early unsuccessful attempts to convey our dissatisfaction we got the point. We were being :"blown off" after the sale and gave up calling. The carpet is now so lumpy and looks so bad we can no longer ignore it. We are now forced to pay another company to replace five year old "high quality" carpet. This is bedroom carpet that has annoyed us every morning since the day it was installed and now must be addressed. Classic Carpet seem to only respond with "we would love to hear from you" but never takes calls!

Gene (the owner at that time) went out and inspected it for you and sent the original installer out to do as you asked.  Therefore, no installer we sent out would have made the comments you claimed.  I will say, that same year of your service from Classic Carpets, Mr. C******l unexpectedly passed away.  If you called at that time and his son, Jason, didn't respond, we apologize, he was mourning the death of his father and taking on the responsibility of running the business his father diligently created.  However, that was the end of your contact to us.  (2018)

If you want to call us and talk on a mature level, we are here to speak with you.  You can continue your attempts to tarnish our good name but unless you actually contact us, we can't help you any further. Our outstanding reputation speaks for itself. I believe you have an extrinsic motive with your recent attacks on us but we wish you well.  God Bless

My wife and I are sorry at *****'s father's death. We were unaware. However, ***** is whom our carpet was purchased from. ***** came to our home to measure and we knowingly had no contact with his father and did not know of his death. As to the installers, a father and son laid the carpet. An older man came about an issue with ******************. Then the son, who installed the carpet and a different *******, came for the carpet restretching and made the comment about "who laid this carpet".If the death of his father was *****'s reason for not returning our calls, at that time, he can call us now. We would certainly talk civilly to him. Why, when a customer calls, is it the customer responsibility to keep calling? And as to our motive, we are out the original cost of carpet and now must pay the inflated cost of replacement! That is our "extrinsic" motive. We don't like getting "taken". And your comment that 2018 was our last contact is not true! It was 2019 or 2020 when your people came to restretch.BTW; God has blessed us and wants us to be good stewards of the gifts He has given.

I was really sad to hear of your dad dying in 2018, Jason. But I'm confused. Your dad came to our house in 2018 to look at a problem we had with the carpet your installers put down in our walk in closet. According to my notes, on August 20, 2020 two installers came to our house to look at the lumps we have in our rug one being the original installer. They didn't move furniture, as you claim or it wasn't in 2018 the year your dad died . It is not an "extrinic" move on our part. Our motivation is that we spent $2,577.60 on a carpet that needs replacing 5 years later and with an owner who will not help us. I would just like to save others from losing their hard earned money from a carpet store that after you buy carpeting doesn't follow up on customer service. If we wanted to hurt your "good reputation" we would file a complaint. Have a nice day, Jason.

We were very sorry to hear about Gene the owner. However, Gene the owner came to our house in 2018 to look at a problem we had in our walk in closet NOT THE LUMPS. On August 20, 2020 two men, one being the original installer, looked at the lumps. They did not move furniture as Jason continues to say. The lumps have gotten much worse and the carpet we are told needs to be replaced. Something about a problem with the backing. A $2,577.60 carpet installed in 2018 needs to be replaced. We are not trying to "extrinic" Jason's business or damage his good name, or hurt his reputation as he claims we would just appreciate some help. But since he doesn't return calls or answer his phone I guess we are out $2,577.60 of our hard earned money. We are just trying to help others avoid our terrible mistake of doing business with Classic Carpets. Jason have a good day.
