    Had siding installed for the second time and within 2 months the siding is falling off again. Outlet trim on outside has fallen off. Called and spoke with Ashley and Ed the owner and they was supposed to send someone out and have not done so. I have called and left several voicemails with Ashley and no return calls. Sent a couple emails with no response. Would like siding fixed and outlet covers replaced and fixed. Also after the siding had been replaced this second time the bulk head that holds my power wire is pulling loose from house.

    Allgood is currently working on getting this scheduled for the outlets as well as the piece of siding.  The siding did come loose after storms the customer was advised this was act of God however we will address when we are out at the home for the j-blocks.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.


    I have called left several voicemails and emailed Ashley at All Good Home Improvements since beginning of August 2025 with no response by either text, email or phone calls. If there is any kind of calls that will be made and repairs I will want to be at my residence when these repairs are being done and would like some kind of compensation for this going on for almost 5yrs.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,
    I am writing to formally file a complaint against Allgood Home Improvements, from whom we purchased a sliding glass door and a window. We have experienced ongoing issues with the product, service, and the company’s customer support, which have remained unresolved for 9 months.
    We purchased the sliding door approximately 9 months ago and have been making regular payments since then. However, the door has been broken for the past eight months. In addition, the screen door they installed has repeatedly locked us out of our home, creating both an inconvenience and a safety concern.
    The company also promised us a promotional gift card as part of the purchase. Due to the poor experience we’ve had, they later increased the amount of the gift card—but to this day, we have not received it.
    Throughout this process, the sales manager has misled and lied to us on multiple occasions. Despite our repeated efforts to contact the company—through phone calls and messages—they have failed to respond or take responsibility for these issues.
    We are extremely frustrated with the lack of accountability and professionalism shown by this company. We would appreciate the BBB’s assistance in helping to resolve this matter.

    They were contracted to install a new roof. After completion there were a few issues that needed to be corrected and I bought them to their job foremans attention. When they sent someone out for the repairs they made it worse. Now I have a huge hole all alone the side of my house. I have called their office several times and they will not even return my calls. Just want the job done correctly.

    We purchased new windows from Allgood that includes a lifetime warranty. One of the windows cracked and we have been dealing with this issue for 2 years now. Always some kind of excuses. They've sent people out 5 times to measure windows that they should have the size on file already. 4 times the wrong measurements and the last time they sent out one of the original installers. It has now been another 8 months and we still don't have the windows fixed we've called often only to get another excuse after excuses, the one who's handling this is not in the office and they'll call you or I don't have any information on that, I'll get someone to call you
    . I should have reported them a long time ago but have been giving them a chance to make it right but it seems like it's never going to happen
    So I am filing this complaint to you to find out what my husband ******* ******* and I can do

    All GOOD remodeled my bathroom years ago and I noticed that it needed to be re-caulked. My shelf was loose and the caulk was cracking.. I called and they told me they had to order the caulk. Ashley said the color was Sandstone Beige that was used on my shower.. I waited another 10 days call back again and they told me they had tried to call me and so we set up an appointment. They sent a guy out when the guy arrived. He did not have the caulk he went out and bought some caulk that was brown and now my shower looks like a disaster. It’s bulky very unprofessional work and the wrong color . I tried to call TODAY left a message. Alex said the manager would call me back. I have not received a call..
